Looking for a caregiver for my daughter with autism

We are an interracial couple with a 6-year-old daughter with autism.

Our daughter is partially verbal. I am looking for someone to help her get ready in the morning for the bus departure at 7:00 AM and to pick her up after school, which is around 4:00 PM or 4:10 PM. Alexandra is fully potty trained and understands what people say. I know these are unusual hours. If I could find someone just for the afternoon pickup from the bus, I could agree to that. I will also need extended hours on some days for the right candidate. The rate is $20-23 per hour. We live on Flatbush Ave.
