Project Manager Assistant at TT Mechanical Corp

TT Mechanical Corp. is a leading contractor for plumbing and sprinkler installations, specializing in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to join our team and support project execution from the pre-construction phase to completion. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing plumbing and sprinkler installation projects, ensuring their timely and budget-compliant completion - Review plans, specifications, and submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements - Prepare and track submissions, RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials - Support the bidding process, including quantity takeoffs and proposal preparation - Maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones - Assist in reviewing invoices, managing payment applications, and tracking costs - Communicate with general contractors, engineers, and on-site personnel to meet project needs - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: - 2 years of experience in construction project management (preferred experience in plumbing and sprinklers) - Strong understanding of plumbing and sprinkler systems, construction drawings, and specifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam (preferred) - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
