Looking for a cleaning person in Brooklyn (Cypress Hills)

Looking for a cleaning person - Brooklyn (Cypress Hills). Together with my wife, we are looking for a thorough and responsible person to clean our home/AirBnB in Brooklyn. The job starts in July, but in June, a few introductory visits will be required to get acquainted and familiarize with our apartments. The house has 6 apartments, but most are permanently occupied (long-term rental, no high guest turnover). Mainly, it is the 2nd floor, where the common area needs to be thoroughly cleaned once a week. There will be two cleaning persons (you will be one of them), so alternating weeks will be possible. For one month, work will take place every Monday morning. The scope of duties includes thorough cleaning of the: kitchen, bathroom, living room/common area. We are looking for someone very meticulous and attentive to detail.
