Ideal space: very small (200 square feet or less). Move-in date: July 1st. Maximum budget: $700 per month. I can pay in advance for three months. About me: stable income, quiet, respectful, and clean place without pets, references available upon request. I am looking for a safe, well-maintained social housing/studio and I am open to locations in Manhattan (Harlem), Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx.
