Porter in a luxury residential building in Forest Hills (Queens)

Luxury residential building in Forest Hills (Queens) is looking for a reliable and hardworking person for the position of porter (full-time), 32BJ union. The porter is responsible for:

• Maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics of the common areas of the building
• Supporting residents and assisting with ongoing tasks related to the operation of the facility
  Job responsibilities:
• Cleaning the lobby, hallways, elevators, and common areas
• Taking out the trash and sorting waste
• Assisting with minor technical tasks
• Snow removal (in the winter season)
• Assisting residents and collaborating with staff and administration
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  Requirements:
• Experience working in a residential building is preferred
• Willingness to perform physical work and lift heavier items
• Punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Availability on weekends and holidays (if needed)
