House Manager Wanted with Experience in U.E.S.

House manager wanted with experience for a family in U.E.S. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM, flexibility to work on weekends if needed.

Job Description:

• Daily cleaning
• Laundry, including ironing/steaming clothes and bedding
• Putting away dishes
• Supervision of the cleaning person who comes once a week
• Dog care, daily walks
• Oversight of veterinary needs, coordination with the groomer
• Keeping the entire house in excellent organization
• Identifying repair and maintenance needs
• Supervision of vendors
• Living in Hampton during the summer months of July and August
• Valid driver's license required
• Assistance with events or gatherings, including setup and cleanup
