We are looking for an HR department employee for our busy office, who will be responsible for:
- handling weekly timesheets
- reviewing payroll for accuracy
- maintaining employee documentation
- tracking changes in employment
- resolving employee issues and complaints
- ensuring compliance with labor laws.
This person will be required to create certified payroll reports and final reports. Interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and good organization are essential.
Knowledge of payroll processes and proficiency in QuickBooks will be appreciated.
Handling accidents, OSHA reports, and insurance certificates will also be part of daily duties.
