Work in Renovations and Construction in New York City and Westchester

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person to work on renovations and construction projects in New York City and Westchester.

Requirements:

• Driver's license and own transportation
• Ability to commute to work in NYC and Westchester
• Experience in construction or renovations
• Ability to work independently
• Punctuality and responsibility
• References are welcome

Scope of work:

• Carpentry and finishes
• Cabinet and built-in installation
• Small repairs
• Renovation and construction work
• Demolitions and preparing the work area
• Material pickup and transportation
• Carrying materials and furniture
• Maintaining order on the construction site
• Snow removal and other seasonal work

We are looking for a person who:

• Arrives at work on time
• Is honest and trustworthy
• Can think and solve problems
• Respects clients and colleagues
• Wants to work long-term

• Use drugs
• Abuse alcohol
• Late or do not show up for work
