Ad Description
The contractor's office is looking for a project manager assistant to support the project manager and estimator in daily operations and project administration.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and assisting in project coordination
- Supporting the project manager and estimator in daily project tasks
- Preparing, tracking, and submitting bid documents and related documentation
- Requesting, reviewing, and submitting Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Managing document approvals and project signatures
- Coordinating with field staff, suppliers, and general contractors
- Assisting in tracking schedule and budget
- Preparing complete project closeout packages
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary 70K (depending on experience)
