Looking for a full-time nanny in Pelham, NY

Looking for a full-time nanny in Pelham, NY (Westchester County). I am a single father of special needs children, I have two boys aged 7 and 10 who have autism (non-verbal). I need help mainly from Monday to Friday, starting with waking the children, feeding them, and taking them to the bus in the morning. In the afternoon, the children return from the bus at 2:30/3:00 PM. They have ABA therapy 4 days a week after school, and I have additional assistants who help during the week, so I need someone who can take care of the house. I also work late once or twice a week. I also need someone who can drive and can help keep the house in order. Please, the person should be a non-smoker.
