I am looking for a "handyman" to assist with various renovation and maintenance tasks in my 120-year-old house in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.

Sample tasks:

• outdoor work (gutters, minor repairs)
• indoor work (table restoration, ceiling repair, painting)
• many other ongoing repairs and maintenance of an old house
