We are looking for a qualified and precise CNC operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce precise woodworking components. Your knowledge of CNC programming, reading technical drawings, and mechanical knowledge will ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines for milling, turning, or grinding to produce woodworking and precision components.
- Drawing Interpretation: Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to translate them into machine commands.
- Settings and Tools: Loading raw materials, selecting and installing appropriate tools, and making tool changes, settings, and touch procedures.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintenance: Performing daily inspections, lubrication, checking fluids, chip handling, and minor repairs to keep machines in optimal condition.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and following OSHA and company guidelines.
- Documentation: Recording production runs, materials used, machine settings, and quality control.
- Collaboration: Working with engineers, quality control, and production teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certifications or vocational training preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math and computer skills.
