We are hiring an experienced construction superintendent in Brooklyn

We are hiring a reliable, experienced construction superintendent / foreman to oversee daily operations on an active construction site in Brooklyn. This person will be responsible for:

• managing subcontractors
• coordinating schedules
• enforcing safety standards
• monitoring quality
• ensuring that the project progresses smoothly and in accordance with site rules and local requirements.
  The superintendent typically serves as the on-site leader and is responsible for maintaining safety and compliance of the project from start to finish.
  Requirements:
• fluent in English
• 3+ years of relevant experience in apartment renovations, residential interiors, or small to medium construction projects
• previous experience as a superintendent, foreman, or construction manager
• strong knowledge of construction methods and site coordination
• leadership and problem-solving skills
• ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
• OSHA certification required
